When should I reserve my transfer?
For regular transfers, we suggest you book at least a day ahead. For special events or busy times earlier bookings (1-2 weeks) are best to make sure you get the vehicle you want.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Don't worry! We keep an eye on all flight arrivals as they happen. Your driver will change their plan to match when you arrive. This means they'll be there to greet you even if your flight is late.
How will I identify my chauffeur?
Your driver will wait for you in the arrivals area. They'll hold up a sign with your name on it that you can see. We'll also text you your driver's info before they pick you up.
Is tipping expected?
Our prices cover everything, and you don't need to tip in Australia. But if you think your driver did an amazing job, they'll be happy to accept a tip.
Can I ask for a specific driver for my rides?
Of course! If you've enjoyed your trip with one of our drivers, you can ask for them on your next booking, if they're free.
What happens if I need to cancel?
If you cancel more than 12 hours before your pickup time, you'll get all your money back. If you cancel within 12 hours, you might have to pay half the fare. If you don't show up, you'll be charged the full amount.
Do you have seats for kids?
Yes, we have child seats and boosters for kids of all ages. Just let us know when you book and tell us how old or how much your child weighs so we can bring the right seat.
Can I pay in cash?
We only accepts credit card payments better for safety and ease, no cash or eftpos payments available
